How to mount a light fixture (small) without perforation in the wall or ceiling (concrete)?

So I have these small parties light, I mounted on the wall and ceiling, but how to mount without drilling? Post it on? What kind of glue? Or is there some other method? The requirement is to mount accessories and can withstand heat, rain (maybe) will not be easy spoiled by the sun, you can stay there for years (20 years is very good) and also economical.
