Does the video game company working like this?
Ok so it's a person who owns the company lets say the name of the company is the yellow pen. Ok so it's the person who owns that company and you hire some people to make a video game (does the owner of the yellow feather say what the game), or is the main developer that makes the plot and tells everyone else what to do (animation and such) and if the owner of the pen yellow like the idea that allows them to do?
There are several things to take into consideration. large companies, if the main program has a proven track record, the landlord does not usually worry about whether or not it was his game. For someone like Kojima, the owner of a trust that will produce a great game, so it only gives an automatic well. For other companies, usually small businesses, the owner has to say what game is because the bust can ruin the company.
