TECHNO Bead Mills are capable of producing finished products finely dispersed from raw materials directly charged.
Three operations premixing, grinding and dispersion of all combined in one machine. The machine operates on the principle of the court created by the difference in mass of the product and milling media. The grinding medium is moved to the vessel wall by the action of the impeller specially designed disc. This constantly moving mass of grinding media is force-running down the side of the vertical container wall, the action continuously until the spiral vortex directs movement of the media towards the axis of the agitator to another continuous cycle of events.
The roof of the main mill is the cooling jacket. This is a very fast operation where the main products are obtained the respective indicators over time about 1-1/2 hours.
Applications are synthetic enamels, water based primers, red oxide primers, artist colors, inks Flexographic, industrial finishes.
Techno Designs offers both horizontal and vertical sand mills for wet grinding of various kinds materials such as pigments, agrochemicals, dyes, paints, various minerals and chemicals, etc. This type is mainly used to reduce size of materials. This account Mills are used for continuous dispersion and wet fine grinding for high pumpable fluids at low viscosity.
START
The energy required for milling is given by the rotation of the accounts through fixed disks on the shaker. The accounts of milling transfers energy to matter and high peripheral cutting and high speed reduces the size of the particles of material to be low.
CONTINUOUS
It consists of a / Horizontal Vertical Cylindrical Shell surrounded by a central axis on which fixes the number of disks. The tank is equipped with cooling jacket. The rotor shaft is sealed by double mechanical seal feeding pump and electrical panel is mounted on the main machine with all necessary instruments and controls required. The accounts of the grinding material is separated from the separator through the gap or wedge of the screen.
Techno Designs offers RVD in a clean, simple and effective for drying wet cake, moist powder, sludge, where solvent to be recovered or drying temperature is made relatively for materials sensitive to heat.
CONSTRUCTION
It contains a hollow shaft with specially designed hollow arms, that are heated with steam / hot water or thermal fluid; rotation in a central shell shirt. The entire shell area is effectively covered by scrapper arms specially designed to scrape the entire surface of the dryer and continuously move and rotate the material left in contact with hot surfaces for prolonged periods time. This reduces the drying time.
OPERATION
After starting the excitement, food is loaded and vacuum is applied to the RVD, dust catcher, condenser and receiver. Then heat the steam mass causes it to evaporate, which then condenses and collects in the receiver. The recovery of solvent is high and the drying time is low due to higher heat transfer, vacuum and intensive mixing.
